2.Drag it to resizeobj.exe
3. A file creates (building.example.64.pak)
It can be anything vehicle,road,citycar,pedestrian

I've used resizeobj.exe
Its a converter tool pak 128 --» pak 64
1. Copy pak file/s in resizeobj folder
2.Drag it to resizeobj.exe
3. A file creates (building.example.64.pak)
